Want to make sure that your grant is in the best possible shape before you hit that final submit button? We charge a flat fee that includes grantmaker research and grant fortification/revision, but no *generative* grant writing. We offer a 50% discount for small 501(c)(3) clients with <$100K annual operating expenses!

All-inclusive grant writing fees vary by grant size, complexity, and the grantmaker type (e.g., state vs. foundation). Services generally include the grant writing process from start to finish. For a flat rate, we draft and gather all grant application materials, including all communication/meeting time throughout the writing process with follow-up support up to the point of of grant submission. Note that this does not include follow up support past the receiving of the grant, such as reporting, but is available for an additional fee. Please see below for our pricing sheet!

Retainer agreements are our preferred way to do business. Regular costs and hours covering a range of services allow us to develop a long-term relationship with your organization, navigate entire grant-cycles through many grant applications, and see the best long-term results. Monthly service fees vary between contract terms (6-12-months), types of services included (funding-strategy, grant writing/grant size, or consulting…etc.), and service volume. We want to meet your organization’s needs. As such, most retainer agreements are negotiated between KGW and other parties. Inquire for more information on custom agreements!

Billed hourly, we offer additional follow-up support during reporting times after a grant is received and throughout the funding period.
